Door from kitchen to Downstairs Shower room: with walk-in shower, wash basin and separate WC.
Steep traditional staircase with handrail leading to first floor small landing, with step up to: door to Principal Bedroom: with king size bed and chest of draws with door to Dressing Room: with wardrobe, with door to Ensuite Bathroom: bath with hand held shower, washbasin and WC wardrobe. Please note: 2 x small dogs permitted at £20.00 per pet, per week. Location: beach 0.2 miles. Train station 7-minute walk. Sheringham Golf course 14-minute walk. Sheringham town centre 2-minute walk.
