“I really can’t say enough about this space- It’s truly remarkable. It’s so peaceful- just you, the vines, and the occasional bird or squirrel. We started and ended each day outside just taking in the ambiance and stillness. It was so perfect - if we ever come back again this will be #1 on mylist.Definitely book a tasting early in your visit - WWE wines are so so good! “My wife and I had a comfortable and relaxing three nights at Lisa's charming property. While the apartment is cozy, nothing feels remotely cramped as the space is planned and utilized really smartly. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we really appreciated the french coffee beans and French Press. Communication with Lisa was friendly and lightning-quick. I'd heartily recommend this rental to a couple looking for a Willamette Valley getaway.”

“We enjoyed the quiet and garden-like setting of this space. The kitchen is fully equiped for cooking and baking, the bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, and the high ceilings gave it a spacious feel. Being able to walk to Mt Tabor Park was also a highlight, and we also liked the available street parking, the washer/drier unit, the AC unit, the easy check-out, and the sounds of squirrels playing on the roof. We slept well on the queen bed in the one bedroom and our teenage son slept well on……

“We all loved this place. Enjoyed the chickens, the horses & especially the kitty. The house and furnishings were beautiful. The family enjoyed hanging outside & the adult men became children again on the trampoline! ”

“I loved that it was a couple miles out of town. Really quiet and peaceful. There's no TV which added to the quiet country feeling. I went to McMinnville to meet with my publisher and used any spare time to write. It was the perfect place for that,”

“Very comfortable and well maintained cottage on the river. Everything was as described. Quiet location. Worked great as a base camp to see the Portland area and beyond.”

“Great home in a beautiful part of Portland. Nicely appointed home worked out great for us. Would definetly stay here again. The driveway is super steep but worked great for us. Garage fit our vehicle which was a mid size SUV. ”

“Dawns cottage is in the cute diverse Brooklyn district with great connections to the city and downtown. The space and backyard were like a peaceful temple, gorgeous lawn with hammock. Would highly recommend not to mention the bikes on hand to go explore the city :)There is also a nature reserve not even a 20minute walk down the road. So serene to walk at sunset.”

“We were very pleased with the cottage and our stay. Michelle was very communicative throughout the process and the cottage was well-stocked with commonly needed items (we appreciated the stain remover on this trip, not something you'd find at every property!). The main stretch of Newberg is very walkable from this property and we enjoyed its proximity to many of the local wineries/vineyards during this trip.”
