“There isn’t a “kitchen” but a minimum amenity was there and that was enough for me. Lots of dining options nearby. A quiet neighborhood and separate entry. Host was very responsive and accommodating. ”

“First of all the pictures didn't do this place any justice. I love the layout and size of this place, the rooms are spacious, the living room and dining areas are perfectly organized, and the kitchen and bathroom are huge, and everything we're cleaned and nothing out of place. Excellent job by host, nothing I can think of improving. I will definitely try booking this place again when I get the dates of our next event next year.”

“We rented this home for our daughter’s college graduation and were fully transparent with the owner beforehand. Although the listing allows up to 15 guests, we never exceeded 14 people, and the gathering was simply close family, including grandparents and young children. There was no party or disruptive behavior.Around 10:30 PM on graduation night, the owner began repeatedly messaging me, saying he was “watching the house” and accusing us of violating the rental agreement. The constant, late……

“Beautiful home! Host was super responsive to questions. The entire house was super clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and smelled fresh. There was a personalized welcome sign that was a nice touch and some (much needed) snacks after our almost 3 hour drive. Expectations were well within reason and easily manageable. I would 100% rent again.”
