Close to train station so not so close to everything else. But still walkable and close to metro and bus lines. Staff was great, we didn't opt for the breakfast and having laundry was convenient.

Hotel Emion Kyoto
This is one of my favorite hotels in Japan. The hotel is new and clean. We got the room with 4 twin beds and it was great for our family to have our own beds. The bathroom is also spacious. Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto
The Nohga Concierage team were excellent. Kamada and Rinpei were exceptional. Front desk: We were told that we will receive a room upgarde but unfortunately that didn't not happened. Breakfast was fresh with great verity of food.
