“The hotel appears nice, clean and well maintained from the lobby area. However one section of rooms (garden I believe) is very much run down and in bad condition compared to the rest of the hotel. This wasn’t evident in the photos or explained at any point. Bed was clean, but that’s about the only positive from the experience.
Onsen was very nice.”

“Clean and tidy rooms, free shuttle to the airport, buffet breakfast with wide varieties of food.
Im a big fan of onsen and public bath. There is a paid public bath (550 yen) at the basement which is rare in airport hotels, but the last entry is 2130.”
