"The hotel is near the south west exit of Ikebukuro station. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the only glitch is that the thermostat in the room is only in Japanese, so use Google translate to set it. The staff is friendly and helpful. My second stay here. "

"I very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel as they provided a lot of baby necessities. Baby crib, chair, bottle, bottle cleaner, even baby slippers and toiletries. The housekeeping was beyond expectation and the in-room dining was quick and delicious. We also got free self-parking from Expedia which was a boon. Overall, recommended for families with infants but make sure to arrange transportation beforehand as it's not so close from subway."

"Wonderful hotel! Very clean and staff is very kind. I would highly recommend staying here. My favourite part is that the hotel is right above Uniqlo and across from Don Quijote :) The hotel is also around many shops and restaurants + senso-ji temple."
