"Very welcoming and nice staff."

"Kishinobo was a wonderful stay at a Temple inn. The staff and hosts were all so nice and helpful as we navigated our way in this new area. The food was amazing and so pleasant.I thank everyone who made our stay warm and welcoming."

"It‘s a bit of the beaten path and not fancy but the staff is super friendly and helpful. If you get a room looking out over the lake you can see Mt Fuji from your bed if it’s not hiding."

"The property was gorgeous and the staff could not have been more helpful. We arrived and were met by staff who took care of our arrival and explained the various baths to us. The food was amazing and plentiful. The private baths were clean and tranquil. Sitting in the hot spring while listening to the river below was an experience I will not soon forget. Add that to the beautiful scenery and it was a trip to be remembered."

"ビジネスで予約し宿泊しましたが着いてからちょっとビックリしましたが部屋が広くゆったりすごく事ができました"

"We like the Japanese style room and the hotel onsen is a good bonus. Hotel shuttle provides convenience for transportation to and from train station easy."
