I booked this accommodation like one month ago before the trip, they will send you a form for submitting your personal information so that they will get you the key information and you have to enter the room by yourself. However, they didn’t give me anything after submitting the form so I send another email to them for enquiry one day before arrival. On the arrival day they send me the same form then I submitted again but they replied that……
