"Very inconvenient method of ordering drinks on patio, required phone and could not just charge to room. Also stayed in same Share property in Kanazawa and had nice happy hour for guests, here offered nothing special. Does not seem to be that friendly to foreign guests, "

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Good breakfast -usually a queue. The two massaging chairs are always occupied as people use them for session after session. Our room was a good size but our friends double room was tiny"

"Great hotel. Not sure if it is every room but ours had a large step into the bathroom which was hard to navigate with a bad hip. Beds were super comfortable and the hot stones in the lobby were great for the feet after a day of walking around"

"Quite possibly the most welcoming front desk in all of Japan. They went out of their way on more than one occasion to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, and really showed they are passionate about the hotel and their guests. The onsite onsen was fantastic as well. It’s about a ten minute walk from the nearest train station, shin-omiya"

"Overall, the stay was average. The location is convenient, as it’s close to the station. However, the service was below expectations. I paid extra to book a trundle room (three beds), but was instead given a double room. I showed the front desk my booking confirmation, but they refused to provide the room type I had reserved. It seemed the hotel may have oversold their rooms and reassigned me to a lower category. No reimbursement or refund was offered for the difference."
