Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture. "We really enjoyed staying here, the onsen was so relaxing and beautiful. Some of the staff were very nice and sweet, others were kind of rude. Its also very quiet and safe around the hotel so we liked that. It was hard to find a restaurant within 20 minutes walking that was open for dinner, but we met a sweet auntie who told us where to find good food. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Kinugawa"
