Staff was extremley helpful and professional. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. Our room was clean and ac was cold. We had the family swuit room. Hotel location is great, in between 2 stations and close to everything. Will Rent this place again shortly.

Quite a walk to the station which is a bummer after a long day. But we loved proximity to Ueno park and the street market.
