“Read some negative comments from various hotels booking website, have struggled to book it or not, but there are not really many hotels / ryokans in Onomichi. Anyway, the reality is, starting from the check in till check out, we are very satisfied and amazed. We need to give it a fair comment to support the staff there. The hotel is just by the seaside, thus we enjoyed wide ocean view from our rooms. It is over 100 years history, surely it will look old, but it is full of retro and……

“ Very nice equipped and clean room. Some little considerate things, like umbrella, was very helpful. I also liked they chose wooden floor. Felt much cleaner than carpet ones. Close to the center of Onomichi, so it was easy to find places to eat or shop. The communication with staffs was smooth, and the check-in instructions were pretty clear. • Kitchen area was small, but I didn't cook during my stay so cannot really comment it.”

We had a triple room, which worked well for us as the sliding screens separated two sleeping areas. Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. “GWに2泊で利用させていただきました。駅から近く、1階にコンビニもあり、部屋は広くはないですが、清潔のあるホテルでした。フロントの方も丁寧に笑顔で対応してくださり、気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。近くに飲食店も多くあるのでお好み焼きもラーメンも堪能できました。また福山に伺う時は利用させていただきたいと思えるホテルです。”
