「Although there is no 24-hours reception desk in the premise, you can still keep your luggage in the management office. But you should have a phone in order to communicate with the management office.」

「Lots to love about this one-bedroom in Scarborough! Clean, modern interior, and lovely private yard/garden viewed through a wall of sliding glass doors. A ten minute walk to the Scarborough shops, community pool, restaurants, beach, and Thursday night "Sunset Market" (music, food trucks, and great vibe by the beach). Martine is very responsive to any inquiries. My husband and I are repeat customers! 」

It would have been a difficult stay without the help of owner. Other Stayz Customers were also lost and unable to navigate their checkin. 」

「The unit was central for all that we had planned for our holiday. It was clean inside and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. 」

「I had a great stay at the studio. When I entered the studio soft music and atmospheric light welcomed me, a warm welcome! The studio is practical and comfortable. The studio is located in a quiet part of the Subiaco district. The city center of Perth can be reached in just 15 minutes by public transport. Although we didn't meet in person, communication with the host was excellent. I appreciated that the studio offered a peaceful retreat after a busy day in the city. In my opinion, the studio is...

「One of the best accomodation that I ever rented. The space is big enough for up to 2-3 people, with 2 separate twin beds and 1 couch, complete with all the instructions on everything (lamps, toilets, kitchen, lights, arrival and departure checklists). Kitchen utensils and flat amenities are complete. There's also microwave, fridge and washing machine. If there's few things I can add, might be a good addition to have room heater, kitchen basic ingredients (cooking oil, salt and pepper), and also...
