“The host is extremely nice and even allowed us to use the washing machine in his house when we checked in on Christmas day. The beds are comfortable with a single bed for our girl. The continental breakfast was generous with cereals, bread, juice and milk. Very nice for such room rate including parking and breakfast. ”

“Contacted ahead of my stay and received a quick response advising me how to check in. Room was very clean as was the shared bathroom. Only issue was someone drying their hair at 1035pm.”

“During my stay Perth experienced 35-38 degree hot days. A gorgeous, lovely olde world type home (circa1910) but the Air conditioning was intermittent. The owners were very friendly, the gardens beautiful, and they offer a cooked breakfast to guests from 8:00 - 9:00 am. I’m a night owl and missed brekkie but the B&B is just a few minutes from several cafes located in Kalamunda.”
