「great, clean, comfortable hotel with nice rooms (we used a family setup for two boys), helpful staff, and a location convenient to Ruga Kole Idromeno and the walking street scenes. Their parking is underground beneath the hotel and may be too tight for a larger vehicle, though it worked fine for us. A great value for a good stay in Shkoder.」

「Outstanding rooms in a convenient location on top of the street scene without the noise. Parking right in front, breakfast in their open air restaurant, and a helpful, friendly staff. I highly recommend Chicago for your trip to Shkoder.」

「It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around. If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!」

「The Expedia listing for the hotel showed a Spa and Pool. On arrival at hotel however the entire Ground Floor, Spa and Pool were torn apart for renovations. Access to the rooms was through a small side door, not well marked. If I had know amenities were closed I would have booked a different hotel. Should have gotten a discount for the room considering.」

「The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades」

「The location of the hotel was walkable to town, safe, across the street from a small park. Staff, Antonio, was very helpful, assisting with recommendations for parking, restaurants, activities, atms. Clean room.」

「We had a wonderful stay at El Greco. Our room was clean, comfortable bed, nice modern bathroom with an excellent shower. The location was perfect, near shops and restaurants. El Greco has an excellent restaurant, Eat Greek, with a new bar with a lovely terrace. Above all, I cannot say enough about the incredible owners and staff. They were so accommodating to us and our two small dogs. We highly recommend and will absolutely return.」

「Good value for money. In general terms, good experience. The toilet so close to the shower was curious, the bed a little uncomfortable (adding a soft cushion could increase the options), small details that can be improved. The place was really nice, and the staff was attentive. Recommended however.」
