Level 1 of this coastal home offers an open plan living room with a 40" LCD TV & DVD player, linking to a freshly renovated kitchen which is spacious and practical, and features a dishwasher and breakfast bench. At the rear of the house, the dining area with solid timber dining table leads to the backyard and the spacious back deck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
