Inside, you’ll find two elegant bedrooms and a playful kids’ retreat complete with double bunk beds, making it the perfect choice for families. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen invites you to prepare your favourite meals, while the modern bathroom features a luxurious double shower, a freestanding bath, and a separate toilet. Ducted air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay. An internal laundry adds to the effortless convenience of your visit.

BOND - A $1000 refundable security deposit due 14 days prior to your arrival.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 adults. The top bunk can be used for two children, total 8 maximum guest.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION - King, Queen, 2 Doubles in a bunk style.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($100 to $140). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

Very nice stay would recommend

It was very modern and aesthetic. The location was very nice and the balcony had a nice view of the Shoal Bay water. One issue though was that there was no wardrobe to hang clothes in any of the rooms.
