This abode accommodates five guests with two well-appointed bedrooms both with ceiling fans,the main bedroom is located upstairs and also has a wall mounted TV. Bedroom two is located downstairs and provides a double and single bed and access to the external courtyard. The main bathroom is also located upstairs and consists of a walk in shower, toilet and vanity, the second bathroom is located downstairs and also houses the top the loader washing machine, dryer is found in the garage. Both bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed to provide a sanctuary of relaxation and privacy.
Keeping your comfort in mind, the lounge room is equipped with a ceiling fan and split system air conditioning ensuring the perfect temperature all year round. Apart from this, La Costa 2 is fitted with a Smart TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and a BBQ on the inviting balcony that offers filtered views of Shoal Bay beach. (d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
