"The location is awesome, and the mix of size and privacy allowed those who wanted a break from the group to retreat to the other units, allowing for a relaxing time for all. The only issue we had was the dishwasher, where the lower rack did not slide in and out well, but it should be an easy fix, and other than that - perfect"

"This is our second stay at this property, and we continue to love it! The views are amazing, and there are plenty of deck spaces to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The walk to the beach is relatively easy, and the neighborhood is wonderfully quiet.The loft is a perfect little retreat to get away from the rest of the house. The master suite is remarkable, with a comfortable bed and a private balcony that I especially enjoy. I loved having the moon shining above me through the skylights at night. The sauna is another favorite, and having a washer and dryer is a must when staying several days, especially with all the wet beach clothes. There were plenty of linens and cozy throw blankets throughout the house.A few things to consider: The property sits on a hill, so parking and entry can be a little complicated. Both the front parking area and garage have a considerable incline, and navigating the front parking can be challenging. Entering from the garage involves stairs to the lower level. The spiral staircases can also make moving larger items between floors difficult. There is one bedroom conveniently located near the kitchen that may be a good option for someone who has difficulty with stairs or mobility. We found it easiest to drop our belongings off along the road near the main entrance.Overall, we love this property and its beautiful setting. It's a special place to relax, enjoy the ocean, and return to again!"

"Julie's place is absolutely amazing! She has thought of everything! Her home is beautiful! The location is perfect and the views are beautiful! It's a great place to sit and relax while listening to the waves crash. Tunnel Beach is right out the back door. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds are very comfy. She even has extra blankets to curl up and watch the ocean with. Julie is very responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place to stay!"

"Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the ocean that was amazing to wake up to. This was our very first trip with my mother and all my grown siblings to visit the very first nephew of our family. The house was very convenient for ill-prepared aunts and uncles and were able to secure the stairs with baby gates that were provided by the hosts. The sippy cups in the cupboards were also a lifesaver when it came for nap time as well. Mickey was very communicative through the whole stay and responded quickly to any questions. We hope to book again for our next family reunion. 10/10 recommend."

"WritingOur stay at this property was everything we hoped for and more! Our entire family was comfortable, and the home had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing, memorable vacation. The fully stocked kitchen, grills, fire pit, hot tub, outdoor shower, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple gathering spaces made it perfect for a multigenerational family trip.The location was fantastic, with an easy, quick walk to the beautiful beach and delicious cafés and restaurants just a short distance away. And the views… absolutely breathtaking! We still can’t get over how beautiful they were.The only thing future guests should know is that you will have virtually ZERO cell service once you arrive in Oceanside! We learned this the hard way when we forgot to screenshot or write down our door code before arriving and had to drive back to Netarts to get service. So, do yourself a favor and save all your check-in information before you arrive! The Wi-Fi at the property works great, though.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for bringing the whole family together. We would absolutely recommend this property and would love to stay again!"

"It's a perfect place for a couple to stay on the Oregon coast. The house is a perfect size. It's quiet. The view is nice. It has all you need. Small, but complete kitchen. Stove,refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The Hot tub is a good place to relax after a walk on the beach. This was our second trip to the "Little Luxe". We'll be back."

"This is a great property with fabulous ocean views and very convenient parking as well as location within walking distance to the beach. The house is remodeled nicely with everything you need for cooking and laundry. Plenty of towels and also soap and shampoo. The house overall was very clean, the floors were spotless and kitchen was very tidy as well. We did come across a few items that needed improvement:1. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom had mildew and mold on it. It was pink and icky.2. Both bathroom vents had a lot of dust and lint on them.3. There were quite a few cobwebs and spiders all over.4. There was a moldy smell in the 2nd floor bathroom. It was clean so not sure where it was coming from. 5. Note that the description of the beds is not accurate. There are 2 fewer beds. Other than these, it is a great place to stay with a large group or family. The arrangements and accommodations are comfortable. Wifi is fast and the host is very communicative and helpful."
