"The breakfast was good else we have to ask the lady to fill up the waffle machines and got mad saying it was full.the air conditioning was broken but working well."

"Greeted by friendly staff who were all very tentative. The room was definitely smaller than other locations, but it was clean. I wasn’t aware of parking charges up front, but access was nice. Breakfast was pretty standard (no fresh fruits options - only apples). Overall, I think the hotel and the staff members were nice! "

"I always stay at this Holiday Inn when visiting Henrico. The staff is friendly when checking in and helpful when something is needed. Rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection. Plenty to do in the area. "

We were weighing this hotel against the four-and five-star hotels in the area, and we are glad we chose the Drury Hotel Plaza over them. My spouse was amazed by the food options and found all of them delicious. This hotel far exceeded our expectations, with a pool, hot tub, kickback hours, free drinks, complimentary breakfast, and free parking, making it arguably the best bang for your buck. When we return to Richmond, we will likely stay here again."
