"Clean room"

"Hotel was very considerate with accommodating our Service Dog. Breakfast and Evening Snacks were excellent. "

"-Rooms not ready when we arrived -Booked 2 rooms and we were only able to check into one -tv's did not work throughout the entire building -continental breakfast was not served and the excuse given was simply "the breakfast people didn't show today" -advertised as having a separate bedroom which is 100% false. It's a cramped studio with no separation of rooms. -sockets were quite literally hanging off of the wall not fastened and some outlets didn't work at all. -ripped bedsheets and no blanket or cover for the pull out bed I don't know if this building is on its way to being decommissioned but in either case I would recommend booking your stay elsewhere if you want to avoid inconveniences and people who simply don't care. I paid full price for amenities and space that I did not receive. "

"There are not enough words to say how wonderful the staff was. From the manager to cleaning crew, everyone had a smile and a friendly hello. The room was well equipped and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel."
