Shamita at the reception was very helpful and have even gone extra mile to extend my check out by few hours due to the issue of flight cancellations and rebooking. "It's a good hotel for a family to stay. Lots of space and good accommodations. I gave it low reviews because I booked for four nights, but they somehow gave away my first night. They then told me they communicated with me about my stay, but I received nothing."
