Upon arrival they told us that they didn't know how Expedia could have sold us that room if they didn't have it. We reserved a 1 king bedroom and they only had double queens and they did not want to honor the price. After a lot of back and forth, the receptionist said he would have to talk yo the manager in the morning to get the final ok or they would take it out of his salary. The bathtub is either rusted or dirty. The bathroom floor is dirty under the sink. The 3-way swight between the 2 beds is not secured in the wall. You can move the switch in & out of the wall a half inch. We took photos and will share with management in the morning..

From the moment I walked into the hotel lobby I felt completely at ease. The amazing lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful and I when I got to my room, I was not disappointed. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy and plenty of towels. The microwave, coffee maker, and fridge made my stay so much better- oh and the breakfast too :) I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. This will always be my first pick when I come to Shreveport!!

I really love this hotel, staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean & up to par…. they have breakfast & snacks & coffee w/ coffee makers in all rooms. 10 out of 10 RECOMMEND!! I will be back this is my new hotel. It’s worth it!!

I will first say this, the gal behind the desk was amazing, and she really tried to make our stay better. We were there for 4 nights. When we checked in our room had not been vacuumed and there was period blood under the toilet seat. After asking several times to have our room fixed, the gal at the front desk ended up vacuuming it herself. OUR ROOM WASNT CLEANED ONCE IN 4 DAYS! And I asked every day if our room could be cleaned. The gal behind the desk did bring us clean towels once and took our garbage on day 3. We had a cockroach in our room and we were on the 3rd floor. There were no cups, there was no coffee, the pool was closed the entire time. Breakfast was not served every morning. The only staff I ever saw was the gal behind the desk. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the only positive part was the gal behind the desk. Oh, and as far as the are it is in, there was an armed robbery next door at the family dollar (not the first time I found out). So we had a little entertainment out of our window.

The staff was very nice. The property was extremely clean… the only thing I did like was the breakfast.. if you’re going to offer breakfast, have the items that you offer. The coffee machine was broke the whole stay. Waffle worker worked the first two days. There were limited selection for breakfast. Other than that the day was nice.

We had stains on our bedsheets, no comforter (just a thin blanket), yellow-brown smear on toilet seat, mildew and a crack in the bottom of the tub. The only positive was that the staff was friendly

They don't tell you that they charge your card $75 and put a hold on it til you check out . Which is fine but would be nice to know . Could definitely use updates. Not in the best part of town. I dropped something behind the bed and it was very gross behind there. Tub was gross also.

Staff was not very friendly. The bed was rock hard and the shower felt like the floor might cave in. The continental breakfast was not at all worth coming down for. There wasn’t even anything to drink but regular coffee from one pot and no creamer. I was a little disappointed in this stay.
