“The property looks nothing like the photos. The swimming pool is inside the restaurant not outside like shown in pictures. The standard rooms are quite small with no views of the outside. The hotel is kind of inside a small shopping center. However the sit out area on the 4th floor is nice. The female receptionist is nice though the male receptionists were not helpful when there was no internet for half a day. Special thanks to Benny from the restaurant who was so nice and helpful.”

“So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed……

“did not get access to roof top as mentioned but rest everything is great. Breakfast and dinner package is a must if you don't want to wander around the town to find food since the breakfast and dinner provided was excellent.”

“It is a good property and good value for money. Loved the cottage and the sit-out attached to it. Food at Bonita, Chutney and Mama Miso was all good. Also liked the services at the spa.”

“Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money ”

“I stayed here for one night and it was absolutely perfect for an overnight stopover near GOI airport. The hotel’s appearance and room cleanliness were kept to a very high standard. Having a restaurant and a pool on-site was incredibly convenient after traveling. A special shout-out to the staff, who were very helpful and excellent at organizing a seamless airport transfer for me very early in the morning. Highly recommend if you need a comfortable, hassle-free stay close to the airport!”

“Beds were not made and has lot of stains on them. Have taken pictures. Don’t think they are washed. Just covered them with comforter. Beautiful building and big nice rooms. Just sat in the chair whole night.”

“The only thing about the hotel is the fridge doesn’t work n they keep leaving water everyday. We have stayed here twice but the pool this time wasn’t very clean.”
