「I had an amazing stay at Aria Residence in Cluj. The location is perfect — very central and convenient — and the apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had absolutely everything you could need. What really makes this place extra special, though, is the host who manages the apartments. He is incredibly friendly, genuinely helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests have a great experience. 「I booked a 3 night stay through Expedia for a friend. The hotel was close to the airport in an industrial area without anything to do outside. Very noisy guests came in at 3 am waking up everyone. The whole atmosphere was terrible. Hate to give them a bad review. Hotel manager was nice and tried to make good offering to change the room but this was not going to help any. This is not a place you want to spend 3 nights in. Friend moved to another hotel the next day and I forfeited 2 nights pay....

Only one regret: the spa was still under construction and there was no swimming pool open either. I will still recommend it to anyone that want an upscale hotel in Cluj, Romania area.」
