“They were too friendly and I spent a lovely two days in there”

“We had a comfortable stay overall. The location was great- close to the marina with convenient beach access. Our room was a good size and had a spacious balcony. There were three of us staying, the hotel provided an extra bed to accommodate us comfortably. A special thanks to Redwan, who cleaned and prepared our room with great care and attention to detail. “İ choosed the more expensive house form both were available on the page, after that i texted the company responsible for renting and they told me this isnt the apartment you choosed. And here started the story, different apartment, promised wifi not available, no ironing machine, no cleaning done daily as promised.... No nothing, just a good location of the apartment and the size .....very old furniture, pictures were done by Aİ, i have the proof.... To be honest i wouldnt risk my brand name……

“I used to love that hotel but the service and food quality dropped significantly. The rule for pool usage and allowed swimming suites changed and seemed that people use swimming pools wearing their regular clothes. Instead of fresh squeezes they offer packages juices that taste like plastic. In the whole hotel there was no US outlet adapter, all the room outlets don't work for US electric devices or electronic charges. The quality dropped significantly after management change. I will no longer……

“We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities……
