“What can I say but wow! This was my first time in Marrakech and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The riad was beautiful and in a great location - very close to the Medina entrance. The service was top notch! Marwan and the rest of the gentlemen who worked there were incredibly helpful. They met us upon arrival at the Medina entrance, arranged airport transfers and on very short notice got us an appointment at a Hammam. Thank you, Marwan for a great trip! ”

“J'ai passé un moment très agréable ! Toutes les équipes étaient gentille, je me suis sentie très rassuré et la chambre, salle de bain, tout etait parfait ! Hammam privatif, avec kinesithérapie sur la terrasse en dernière étage, c'était vraiment parfait ! Merci beaucoup et je vous souhaite une belle continuation !”

“Riad Idra mérite 9,5/10. Le riad est magnifique, le personnel est top, notre chambre était superbe, les petits déjeuner étaient très bons, …. Le seul bémol est la porte communicante entre notre chambre et celle d’à côté. Si j’étais le propriétaire, je la murerais car elle diminue un peu l’intimité. -0,5 à cause de la porte. Sinon je mettais un 10/10 très mérité.”

The breakfast was memorable - delicious, unique and traditional, and served to us on the balcony above the courtyard. I was expecting something unique. This is what we got, even above expectation.”

“The Riad is so cute inside! It’s located well in the Medina so you can just walk into the old city and the inside is delightful as is the proprietor. We only stayed here our last day but wished we’d spent a few more days. The beds are too firm but that is par for the course in Morocco. Recommend a stay at this Riad. ”

Très bien placé, personnel aux petits soins (gros coup de cœur pour Rachid et Mourad qui se sont assurés tous les jours que nous passions un bon séjour et que nous ne manquions de rien). Que dire de la propriétaire Emmanuelle… accueillante, sympathique et qui nous a mis tout de suite à l’aise. On se sentait comme chez nous dès le premier jour. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux. Bref c’est un sans faute pour notre séjour. Nous recommandons et reviendrons pour notre……

“The host are very impolite. Once we had arrived, she shouted at us and was rude to us, just for the local tax paying. I just wanted to double check from my email and she insulted us rudely. She even yelled at us and asked how many times did we travel. This is none of your business. We cannot believe that a psychologist would act in this way to 2 girls from Hong Kong or it could be a discrimination. (As she keeps mention she is a psycholigist lmao). It is very very insecure because she entered……

“The riad is in an excellent location - 5 min walk into old medina. Away from noise. Lovely room - traditional - and spotless. Staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful and felt looked after. Roof terrace great wee sun trap and hats provided. Breakfast delicious! ”

“Very nice, clean and peaceful Riad. The room was very spacious. It had air conditioning in it which helped to cool the room when it was warm. The continental breakfast was nice also. The hosts were very professional and polite during our stay. They let us leave our luggage there on our last day when our flight was at 10pm. The shuttle service they arranged was on time and very professional.”
