「The location is great, the beds were ok, but the dishes and floors were dirty. We had to wash the dishes prior to using it. The freezer was frozen solid with ice, not much place to store anything. The wifi did not work. Only one real window. The place had a really bad odor of perfum that we just couldn't get rid of. Overall, not a great experience.」

「We had a good time in this apartment. The only issue we had is that we were traveling by car and the only parking available was pretty far away.」

「On the positive, the location is very good, near restaurants and the piazza. On the negative, contact with the host was sporadic and slow. There was painting going on in the building of which we were not advised, and which made it difficult at times to move through the halls and stairwells. The temperature cannot be controlled in the unit and it was cold, after I complained I was told the temperature was increased but the thermostat was unchanged and it remained cold (I am from a fairly cold...

「Great location. Terrace is great to sit on, soaking up the sounds of the city whilst being incredibly private, bit of a sun trap too! Property is great, only thing not being a five is induction hob was a bit of a nightmare, only a few of the pans in the property work on the job and can only use two of the four at one time. But really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.」

「Positives: Good location for exploring Siena and easy to find. Support was good during our stay if we had issues. Negatives: At entrance to the main square so noisy. Ear plugs are essential at night to offset noisy restaurants til 1am. Teenagers singing at 3am. Bins at 7am. Shower was ridiculously small. TVs were old, if you want internet bring HDMI lead. Lounge area not cosy. Lighting poor in lounge for reading.」

「After climbing the 74 stairs (we had already been stair-training in Amalfi and Vieste..!), we were charmed by the apartment; clean, comfortable, well-appointed, but the terrace sealed the deal! Having coffee in the morning, watching the fog lift over the valley, then closing the day with a nightcap and the company of the full moon over the church created a dream state in which we enjoyed our days in Siena. 」

「Oh they went beyond our expectations it felt like home, picked us up from the train station, had us up on their roof top to enjoy a glass of wine and even took us on a Tuscany wine tour.」
