"This hotel was small and delightful! The staff was exceptional! Attentive and helpful. Prior to arriving they sent us a what’s ap text stating the best way to enter the city and between what hours the front desk was staffed. We had a second floor room and it was as pictured. Very comfortable. The cook at breakfast was attentive and the simple menu excellent! So close to the heart of town. The staff were so helpful with reservations and helping us find the best walking path to our destinations. I can not recommend this place more highly!"

An aside, every local person we met on the streets when we were in Siena was pleasant and offered help when we looked a little confused with our directions. "
