「great location and convenient. Wonderful view of the city from the loft.」

「It’s seen its best day a while ago. Basic necessities for an overnight, but I wouldn’t choose it again.」

「Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Despite that, everything else of our accommodation is nice. The heating is also well functioned considering most other hotels or agriturismo do not offer heating in late April. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast offers a lot of choices. Besides we found...

「The villa is located at the top of hill enjoying a stunning Tuscan countryside view. The house itself is antique however well restored, with an exquisite dining room and a professional kitchen. Breakfast is fabulous particularly the handmade orange jam making me feel myself the Paddington bear! We also tried the dinner set which tasted good and natural. For the welcome drink, try the hot chocolate made by the reception lady! It is a 2 hours drive from Florence or 1.5 hours from Siena, you may...

「After a rocky start I leave my 3 nights stay at Sarna Residence with a traste of pity. Great bullying (battooms should be bigger!) in an charming lot with a garden ando pool well design, you go away with nobody to say at least :" bye, ci vediamo....have a nice trip". Very odd for a family managed property. Trully. Even when I leave my usual 4 Stars hotel in front of Trafalgar Square ("Page8") they come to the door and give us a proper and kind farewell. Very unusual such little care of a...

「Beautiful property with beautiful views. Rooms are large and accommodated my family of 5people comfortably. We got the apartment. Every room very clean and well kept. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this property」

「Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). The breakfast was simple and included fruit, juice, yogurt, sliced cheese and cold cut, packages sweets, tea, coffee and water. The owners were...

「We were promised a room with valley view but got a room with town view and it couldn't be changed. Also the listing on Expedia mentions a kitchenette which is not accurate as the rooms do not have that. We were offered to free of charge be upgraded to an apartment after the first night, but we decided to just stick with the room. In the end the room was very nice, the windows soundproof so we didn't hear the church bells at all, nor the traffic. Great stay in the end!」

「is good service, the view is so beautiful」
