"Hello, we would like to make a complaint regarding our stay in rooms 116 and 113. We experienced several issues that we do not think are acceptable. - Incomplete towels provided - Shower door misaligned (does not close) - Soap and shampoo dispenser stuck - Both rooms had a wet towel hanged on the back of door - Dirty floor - The blanket and pillows for the sofa bed was missing for one of the rooms - One of the rooms was delivered an hour and a half late -None of these issues were resolved during our stay In addition, we went to the office to speak with the receptionist, but there was no one there to assist us. We would appreciate if these concerns could be addressed as soon as possible."

"The whole stay was wonderful! The room and amenities were exactly as described. The water is a 2 minute walk away! The Capri had extra supplies such as beach chairs, coolers, and ice! Restaurants and food places were all walking distance from the Capri! Highly recommend staying here! The siesta key trolley is super easy to use as well!"
