Disappointing

Description of this property says newly remodeled but that must have been years ago. Master bath was the most disappointing. Mold along the bottom of the shower and shower heads were corroded. Sink counter top had mold and stains in between the top and backsplash. All flooring had dirt on the edges where the floor meets the molding. Not very clean. It looks like the beach is right across the street but you have to walk almost a mile to get to the public beach access. The window project is not done. The windows in this condo are done but the front side of the building is being worked on. They didn't start working until 8 am so it wasn't too bad. It's a nice condo but is not in the condition the description leads you to believe. It also says 2 pools but doesn't clarify that they are talking about a small kids pool and the regular pool. The response from the maintenance was very good and they took care of a couple issues we had right away.

The condo was amazing with all the amenities you could possibly need, even beach supplies. Super comfortable and a great place to relax. The kitchen was stocked with necessary dishware and the amenities of the entire facility was superb. The owner was quick to respond to any concern we had. Definitely worth the stay!

Beautifully appointed with lots of space. All essentials thought of including a high end kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Ceiling fans for great air flow and comfort. Excellent location. Host had anticipated all needs and made both check in and check out a breeze.

The condo was generally nice, but several things need maintenance (ex., broken blinds, damaged bathroom door, etc.). In terms of cleanliness, it was generally good, but there were also a few issues in that regard. The highlight of the rental is that the ITrip Sarasota & Venice team is very proactive and available to meet our needs. I recommend booking with them!

Siesta Key Experience

Hi, the property itself was very nice in the pictures and was renovated as well. However, I would have appreciated knowing that the condo common areas were severely damaged by a broken pipe; the gym was closed, the pool was not useable due to no toilets being available nearby and the condo was a construction site with the repairs to the common areas and the windows being replaced. I would have appreciated knowing that so that I could have made alternate reservations at another Siesta Key condo through Vrbo. Thank you

This place has it all!

Perfectly convenient location - a 3 minute walk to Siesta Beach plus two on-site pools. Beyond location, this condo is absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen is outfitted with Thermador appliances and includes EVERYTHING you'd ever need (bakeware, blender, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, serving platters, TONS of plates, bowls, silverware so you don't have to hand wash or run the dishwasher all the time, glass & acrylic wine glasses, the list goes on). A wagon filled with beach toys, beach umbrellas and chairs was waiting for us and made our trips to the beach so much easier and enjoyable. There's also a rolling cooler already there for you to use. Our kids loved to fish off of the small private "island" on the water way behind the complex, it was fun watching the manatee and jumping fish. We loved having the outdoor grilling area and patio right by the pool, we'd often grill lunch or dinner while the kids swam. The condo is spacious, we have 3 kids and we had more than enough room. Bummed we didn't invite my parents to join us, as they would have fit. We hope to come back to this condo again! Great all around place!

Large,Beautiful apartment

Nice place with everything brand new. It was quite large with 3 bedrooms and a den which we used as a tv room. It was about .7 of a mile to the beach and 1.5 miles to the village. There is a shuttle to both but we never took it as we like to walk. Building is on the main road so you do hear cars but it seems that many of the rental properties lie on this road so it may be the same elsewhere. Would definitely return.

Harbor Tower stay

While we prefer being ON the water we could at least see the Gulf from our unit. The condo unit was beautifully updated with plenty of space for our family of four. The pool area was a bit small for the number of people staying at Harbor Tower. Looking forward to a return visit!

Our condo was amazing. The few problems that we did experience such as the air conditioner and ice maker, were handled as quickly as they could. The extra supplies were a nice bonus. All the beds were very comfortable to include the pull out sleeper sofa. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful rental!

We just left this beautiful unit and already miss it. Everything was perfect, up to date and well maintained. The only thing that would have made it better would be a television in the master bedroom! It is close to the public beach which we visited often. We did drive to the beach so we could take beach chairs but the parking is free. The Itrip rental company made everything very easy and answered any questions we had very quickly. Thank you for sharing your place.

Wonderful Spacious Condo

My husband and I are enjoying our stay at the Harbor Towers condo in Siesta Key. The condo has been remodeled with high quality finishes, appliances and is beautiful as well as spacious. Since we planned to stay for two weeks, we wanted a condo that would be larger than a hotel room. This one is large enough for a family or two couples. The location is perfect as we can walk to Siesta Beach and Siesta Village (or we can hop on the trolley). The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The owners also provided beach, chairs, toys and a wagon to use for heading to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils so we've been able to prepare a few meals. There is a stacking washer and dryer right in the unit and three TV's should you want to have a relaxing evening in. We highly recommend this condo and hope to come back here in the future!
