Awesome stay at Turtle Beach

We had a great time while at Turtle Beach. The location is perfect, much less crowded than Siesta Key Beach. You will not find another condo this close to the ocean. I would definitely recommend this place to other guests.

Best Vacation spot ever

If you’re looking to get away i highly recommend this place. It was more then I expected and will be returning. It’s very clean inside and out. Wasn’t overcrowded on the beach and had a beautiful view from the rooms.

Best place to stay in Seista Key!

Listing is very accurate. Quiet side of island. Communication was great. Easy access to check in on Christmas Eve. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back!!

Great views all around!

The best thing about this property was the amazing views! The ocean on one side and the bay on the other. The unit was clean and had all the essentials needed for our relaxing vacation. The check in and out process was a breeze as well as communication with the property manager. My husband and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful relaxing vacation!

June Siesta Vacation

Overall everything was great. One suggestion is to include a few more towels so guests don't have to wash two days in. We had 4 people, with 3 towels in each bathroom.

Great Stay!

The condo was beautiful and exactly as we pictured! Our family of 5 was very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, due to Red Tide we were not able to enjoy the beach but it was still absolutely beautiful! Thank you for a wonderful week.

Great 2 weeks

The unit is very well equipped. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. It is on the quiet end of the island which we enjoyed but yet only a 10 minute drive to the village . The views are great. Sunsets are spectacular. You can go fishing out the front door or back door! People at CB Tackle are great.

Perfect getaway

Totally enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach was great. Views from the unit were exceptional. Everything was perfect. Saw around 7 dolphins, including one up close and personal while in the ocean. Was able to see a SpaceX Heavy launch from the 3rd floor walkway. Even that far away, it lit up the sky and was easy to see on Friday 7/28/2023. Totally amazing. We hope to come back.

Spacious Open Floor Design with Amazing View

Amazing view of the gulf could be seen from the front door straight through the unit. Sunrises over the lagoon and sunsets over the Gulf were amazing. Unit was close to the elevator/stairs and the bridge to access the beach. Pay single shared washer/dryer were also close to unit. Everything in the unit was clean and functional with well stocked kitchen, updated appliances and plenty of cookware. Only suggested minor improvements to be perfect would be west facing windows cleaned mid-week(sea spray spotted) and washer/dryer in the unit. The beach behind the unit was relatively peaceful despite it being memorial day week for our stay. Book it now, you won't be disappointed.

Location!Location! Location!

Loved this unit! Gorgeous location right on the beach. Quiet, not crowded. Unit had everything we needed. Only snafu was the pics showed 2 twin beds in the second bedroom but there was actually a king. Our friend slept on the couch for the night he was here. Management was very responsive, credited back some $$ and said they were going to fix the pictures on the site. All’s well that ends well! We would come back!!

Beautiful view

This condo is on Turtle Beach which is about 5 miles south of Siesta Key Beach. The traffic was horrendous for us. We stayed March 31-April 6th. Anytime we headed out, it was 20-30 minute drive to go 10 miles or less. Turtle Beach is small, less crowded, has a hill, the sand is course and not white like siesta key beach. The view, proximity of the beach and pool were amazing. Most beachfront properties I’ve stayed at haven’t been this close to the beach. It’s probably 50 steps from the condo to the beach. The water was beautiful color but wasn’t very clear at the time. There’s a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby but again the traffic was frustrating. We went to Motes aquarium, putt putt and Sarasota Jungle gardens. All were about 30 minutes. Favorite restaurant was Phillippi! Best seafood ever! Daquiri Deck was fun and good too! The beds were ok. My parents who are in their 70’s, didn’t like the queen mattress they slept on. My mothers hips were sore the next day. The condo floor was pretty dirty. We never complained bc that’s how most vrbo are during peak season. The pool was salt water, a little small but well maintained. Overall this was a nice place to stay bc of view, proximity to the beach - you can hear the ocean inside the condo, less crowded beach and beautiful waters. If you are planning to chill out and not leave much, this is a wonderful place to stay. Very family friendly!

Highly recommend Fisherman’s Cove!

We had THE best stay! Amazing views, beach gear, everything we needed. We didn’t realize the washer/dryer was shared by the floor but it ended up not being a problem at all! We hope to stay again!

Fantastic holiday at Geoff's Place!

We have been fortunate to have been visiting Geoff's Place at Fisherman's Cove since the mid 1990's and have enjoyed the improvements and upgrading of this spacious and airy condo and also the replenishment of the beach, which is directly outside. Geoff and Carole have created a perfect home from home with everything you would ever need, plus lots more that you hadn't even thought about! The kitchen and bathroom have been recently upgraded and everything is maintained to a very high standard and is very clean. We highly recommend this property for a laid-back beach holiday with walking access to restaurants and bars and further entertainment and eateries a short drive away in Siesta Village. Can't wait to go again!
