Great Experience

Wanted to be sure to post a review since I didn't see many before my stay. This was our first time visiting Seista Key and it is now our favorite beach. The condo was clean and extremely well stocked. We had everything we needed for the beach and in the kitchen and more. We were worried about laundry, but each floor had a paid laundry machine a few steps from our room. Just bring quarters if the office is closed. Pre-check in communication was fantastic. I did have a couple questions on the way there and they were promptly answered. The location is perfect. We were located across the street from the public beach access. I guess it would be better right on the beach, but the price we paid was well worth walking across the street. It was so much fun being around so many people. Unlike any other beach experience we've had. The best sand ever! The ocean waves and water was equally great. Don't hesititate to give this place a chance.

Excellent Location!

This property has been updated and has all the amenities you will need. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach toys. All of the kitchen amenities you could need, some cleaning supplies and soaps, light bulbs, etc. Everything you need to completely enjoy your stay. The location is directly across from Siesta Key Beach and the view and sunsets are breath taking. One item to note is to bring quarters if you need to do laundry. There is laundry on every floor so I never had to wait, but quarters are hard to come by.

What a dump

I have never stayed in a condo or hotel that was so dirty. From the first night the lockbox code to get my keys was wrong. I had to wait an hour and a half to get into my condo. The carpet might have been from the 1980's. The vacuum cleaner didn't work and the bottoms of my feet were black in a couple hours. My whole family was sick. everyday it got worse. By the last night we realized it was dust and something growing in the master bedroom. When I removed the cushions on the hidabed couch the dust in the cushions made me cough. The management company blew off what we had to say. Next person in there later today will have allergy symptoms in the first week. I would not go on vacation if I had to stay at la siesta again. The pool is very nice and warm. Other guests were very friendly. We were informed our condo was owned by a board member.
