Amazing place to stay!

The condo was absolutely beautiful, with plenty of room for everyone. The doors that open completely at the front is a wonderful way to let the ocean breeze in! It was such a short walk to the beach, having the chairs, umbrellas, and wagons to use was a wonderful added touch! It was also a great location to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location & Dan is great to work with.

The apartment is in a great location for everything. Plenty of room for everyone & beach is right across the street. We had a great time, played some table tennis, beach, short walk to town where it's hopping. Dan the owner is great to work with & I will be renting from them again for sure next year.

The apartment was very clean, and they had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to take everything to the beach. They provide you with toilet paper and dish soap, the kitchen has everything to cook. Everything is close by and you can use the trolley to take you to the siesta village or you can walk to the village. We did not like you can hear the steps from the third-floor apartment and need chande stairs carpet smelled bad, and put on an A/c where there is a ping pong table

Would Absolutely Stay Here Again!

Dan and his Gertrude team are incredibly accommodating and made our stay incredibly easy and relaxing! They provide beach chairs/towels/fun sand equipment AND bikes! This is absolutely amazing and we used all of it- it's great quality! The location is an easy walk or bike ride (less than 10 mins to the village). The Beach access is literally across the street and couldn't be easier. The apartment itself was incredibly clean and was great for our group of 7!

Lovely unit. It was very quiet despite being on the second floor. The beach is literally right across the street. Bikes are available but they are beach bikes so you have to get used to the pedal breaks and wide handle bars. The gulf was very wavey when we were there so unfortunately couldn't swim, kayak, paddle due to surf. Walked everywhere safely.

We really enjoyed are stay. The place is clean and located super close to the beach. We also enjoyed the fact that beach chairs and umbrellas were available for use as well for the beach.

So close to the beach! Easy check-in process. Short walk to the village. Loved the trifold doors that open up to the ocean view! Will stay here again for a family staycation!

Great Location & Service!

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. The beach is right across the street. They also had lots of beach amenities for us to use. It is a short walk into town and we liked to walk on the beach and then cut across to the town. The condo was clean and fit our needs perfectly. The customer service through Gertrude was awesome. We had a few questions and one issue with a bed and the response was so quick and helpful. I also left my Kindle and they happily put it in the mail for me. We will use Gertrude again based on the hospitality alone.

Great location, across street from the beautiful beach, trolly stop directly outside the front door, lots of bicycles available, free use of washer and dryer. outdoor picnic area, inside sitting area...too many amenities to cover them all. A great experience.

Very nice location

The location was absolutely perfect, and we really appreciated the beach amenities we had access to (chairs, carts, umbrellas, kayak, bikes, etc). We do wish the listing was a bit more clear about the shared areas, we would have loved to have used them more but they were very very hot, no AC. Minimal issues were quickly addressed by host. Overall had a wonderful stay.
