Fabulous vacation home! 🥰✨

Good location from the village, very spacious, excellent condition, beautiful pool, very nice modern decor, wonderful yard, gorgeous landscaping, (3 garages!) pool and hot tub are great, pool table and bicycles were fully functional and wonderful.

Pool, pool table and more in Siesta Key.

We stayed here first in 2018 and returned two more times. Outstanding pool and patio, perfect for a family with young children or teens. Our daughter spent most of her day in the pool, or shooting pool in the rec room/garage behind the main house. Quiet location, but close to the village of Siesta Key and the beach. We also enjoyed the short bike ride to the village for coffee, ice cream and shopping. Hope to return soon...

Great House and Stay

Great house! Great stay! Great time! We loved the pool area & spent most of the vacation outside. The pool was relaxing & a great spot for reading a book while floating. We had family of 4 then 2 left & 2 more came. It was great time of bonding, eating, relaxing. Thank you! (Loved all the various art pieces).

Exceptional Siesta Key Rental

This lovely house in Siesta Key was a fantastic experience! The property is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location is just a short bike from the stunning Siesta Key Beach and close to local dining and shopping options. The house has marvelous amenities including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and a lovely outdoor space that has a heated pool and jacuzzi perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Because of the size of this house, it is perfect for families and groups of friends. This house is an exceptional spot for a relaxing and serene vacation located near to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida!

Perfect home & location on Siesta Key

Our family has stayed at Canopy Cottage for two vacations and we love it. The house is equipped with everything you need including bikes! The outdoor space including pool, spa and shaded areas for eating & relaxing are perfect. The neighborhood is quiet but a convenient distance from Siesta Village. The property management company has been very responsive to any question or need that has arisen during our stay. I highly recommend the Canopy Cottage & iTrip to any family wanting to spend time on Siesta Key!

“Working” vacation

I call this a “working” vacation home because during the month that we stayed there we made several repairs. And if you read the guest book that is displayed proudly, you’ll read that this has happened before. I wonder if the owners of the home and/or property management reads these comments. We did have several communications with the property manager which always resulted in a positive response/result. However, it just took up time, time in which I wish I didn’t have to do..I was on vacation. Granted the house did go through 2 hurricanes this year, but I was assured that the house was still ready for our arrival. As you can imagine, we paid top-dollar to stay in the home for a month. We just wish we would have received a home in top-dollar shape!!

Amazing Stay

The property itself was beautiful and very comfortable. Had everything we would need/want...pool, pool table, grill, bicycles. We could walk and bike to town and the beaches.

Well Equipped Home, Responsive

Well equipped home. Very responsive to the few small issues we had while here. Please remove the clutter - all the extra breakables as they don't add to the home. Pool a must :) Loved the neighborhood! Safe and friendly. Close to town & beaches.

Nice stay, could have been better

This house did NOT disappoint! We just ran into a convergence of issues that we understood, but they did detract from our month. (Broken dishwasher, pool pump, coffee pot, some important cleaning details that were missed…)The management company was quick to respond in some cases and a little less in others. They did their best to make it right and we WOULD rent this property again. Now the good- The place is quiet with fairly high end furnishings and appliances and the beautiful grounds and pool were so lovely to wake up to each morning. Due to Covid, we ate all meals here. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could want or need for cooking and baking. One small downside is the counter depth fridge/freezer is undersized for the overall house size and number of permitted guests. There were just 2 of us the majority of the month and with Covid we may have had more need, but we required use of coolers for overage. The drink fridge helped, but the main fridge itself is small. Throughout our stay we swam, rode our own bikes, however they did have 4 very nice bikes there for our use. We walked on the beach, fished and golfed multiple times. The house is in a nice neighborhood with friendly, helpful neighbors. Many homes nearby are under construction/ renovation. The beach, 10 minutes away sadly had Red Tide during our month. Every other day all the dead fish and sea life was getting raked up thankfully. Some days folks were in the water and other times not at all. This made having the pool very handy. The hot tub gets warm as expected, but the jets don’t put much out so it doesn’t get bubbly at all, just a warm or hot soak depending on the length of time turned on. The house is very well maintained- grounds, interior, pool maintenance which shows great care. One thing, all the palm trees need the dead palm fronds taken down. That may appear nit picky, but all the neighbors trees were well tended and the ones in this yard need it desperately. The decorations are quite numerous and didn’t leave any room for personal items. We simply took them away and placed them in a safe spot until we left to give ourselves a bit of room. The bedrooms really need side tables as there is no place to put down a book, phone or eyewear. Also, there are a lot of glass tables and surfaces in this house. It would not be good for children but it is really beautiful and they allow dogs!
