Great location

The property manager was very communicative. I would absolutely stay here again. The proximity to the beach is great there is also a trolley stop right outside of the house, which means getting into town very convenient

Beach fun!

The property was great! Literally cross the street to enter the beach access. Common area has a ping pong table and a large table for family dining. There were no rooms or bathrooms on the main floor so have to go up stairs for both. Large laundry area with two washers and two dryers. Great backyard area for entertaining. Bikes, wagons, kayaks, paddle boards, umbrellas and chairs provided. We rented the entire property (7 bedrooms/5 bathrooms) for our family gathering and it worked perfectly. Walkind distance to restaurants and shopping. Close beach access was a huge plus for us.

The common area is a great gathering space. We had the whole place, I am not sure how it would work when sharing. The abundance of beach towels and beach equipment were perfect. The access to the beach, the trolley and into Siesta Key Village are so close and convenient, very walkable. Get the Breeze AP and use the trolley. We went to downtown Sarasota and enjoyed dinner, dancing and walking around.
