This place was perfect. The studio apartment was all we needed for the couple days we were there. Convenient to everything in the village and a short walk down the street to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This property is a simple two room studio. Queen size bed which we found very comfortable. The A/C is a wall unit and was a bit lacking but there is a box fan in the room and that made a huge difference. It is situated between what appeared to be two permanent residence. Not a problem at all, just would be nice to have known that. It is perfectly situated in the middle of Siesta Key Village. Steps from SKOB and all the village things. Maybe .20 of a mile from the beach which was nice and quiet. Beach access 4 doesn’t have much parking so those who are there likely walked. The kitchenette was decent with a stove, fridge and a microwave. Small table to sit at but that’s where we put the box fan. Over all if there are only two of you this is a great spot, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect accommodation for my dog and I to get way for a couple of days. Perfectly appointed with everything I needed and then some. Daniel was super nice and informative. I will be going back often!

Great getaway!

Property was as listed. Very clean, cold a/c, easy check-in, reserved parking space. As stated in the listing this is a studio apartment so it is on the small side but it was perfect for 2. Walk to shopping, restaurants, bars and beach. Will definitely stay again! Loved Siesta Key!

Great location, parking was a pain at first, but was taken care of pretty quickly. The beach goers like to park any place that they can find an open spot. Maybe entertain a pass that can be put inside the car.

Walk to everything, dackery deck behind this property is very noisy and people kept taking our park

The room and entrance to siesta gardens property smelled heavy of pet urine, even though there was a humidifier running in the room, it was musky We have a small shih tzu who never has accidents and very clean, I’m just not use to this doggy smell. I hate booking a pet room when everyone dont have the same pet etiquette. Wish the property was updated a little, the shower curtain was like saran wrap, never seen anything that flimsy. The electrical outlets were all loose in the walls, lamps switch were shifting out…the shared washer /dryer always had other peoples clothes left in them and the back porch light was blown. Small leak under kitchen sink are wet and paper products. Toilet handle flush needs replacing.Dan the host was spot on, following up and having everything ready, I just don’t think he has inspected this property himself or he would have corrected these issues. Beautiful beach and convince made stay bearable with lots of Lysol.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio was extremely small but very clean (the pictures are a bit deceiving as to the size of the unit). Very tight for two people (good thing my wife & I love each other, could stand the tight quarters, even though we weren't in the room for much time). Shower curtain could be upgraded (very flimsy, we were very careful not to tear it as we used the shower, I'd think they could afford one of better quality). Asked Dan if there was an iron & blow dryer in the room, he said no, so we brought our own (in our carry-on luggage, joy!), lo & behold, there was an iron, blow dryer & ironing board in the room! Beach chairs are provided, but they are more for children, again, glad that my wife and I aren't big people, so we made due. The location was perfect right behind the Village and 2 blocks from the beautiful beach. The insistence on checking out before 10am got old (how many times do you need to tell us). Will not stay there again due to the size of the studio.

Absolutely Wonderful

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! This place was perfect. Quiet, right next to EVERYTHING!! The room was very clean! The service from Dan and Zana was outstanding!! Will definitely book with them again!! Always fast to respond and accommodated every need.

GREAT GETAWAY!!

This was a great location in Siesta Village, we were able to walk to all the great entertainment and food locations in less than 2 minutes,, The beach was only a 5 minute walk. The studio cottage was cozy and perfect for us..Very CLEAN AND WAS JUST AS LISTED... The host was very accommodating and intouch to ensure our stay was the best it could be....We highly recommend this location for a couples getaway and we will be back next year..
