Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, close to the beach and a short walk or trolley ride to stores and restaurants. We were so happy to find the beach chairs and umbrellas that was a nice plus!!! The beds were very comfortable, the air ran cold!!!! We enjoyed every day on the patio and the 4th of July was spectacular!

Reviewer Comments: Condo was very comfy and clean overall, however, both showers had mold and needed attention (mold on shower head in main, mold around caulk in back back bath...easy fix!) Misleading: we had to pay for the communal washer/dryer! Not cool :( If you are a light sleeper on spring break, it is loud on street. Choose the back room on parking lot side. Location amazing & close to the beach! This sand is the best! Management gave us parking passes every time when friends visited! Parking pass is gold! Local SunKing Brewing sells cold beer via golf cart on the beach! Try the Siesta Beach Light! Bonus! Would stay again!!
