Review of Propety at Siesta Keys

Property was well equipped and excellent location. Bed linen (sheets) in master bedroom were soiled/stained and bath towels were old and threadbare. Check in process and communication with the property manager was very good. Overall stay was enjoyable.

Siesta Key Cottage

This property is about 4 blocks from the beach. Comfortable for two people, tight with 4 adults. Decorated nicely. Well equipped kitchen. The management is excellent. They respond immediately with any questions or situations.

Pretty place

I didn’t get to enjoy the place as I landed in the hospital the day 2 of getting there. The place was very clean and beautiful well appointed. I will say that I am very disappointed that there was not an attempted a voucher or a credit as I was there basically one night before getting an ambulance to the emergency room. That’s my only complaint, but it would make me not refer this management company.

My family stayed here for a week after Christmas. The host was kind enough to allow the shorter trip and we weren’t required to book an entire month. The property is beautiful and updated, just as pictured. We are used to staying in condos and it was nice having a lot more room in the standalone villa. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for meals. The community pool is less than a minute walk from the door to a lounge chair. As soon as we arrived my daughter wanted to go swimming and she quickly found out that the water was cold. The heater wasn’t working our entire stay unfortunately so we were disappointed but found other things to do. Restaurants were also within close walking distance as well as the public beach. We enjoyed walking nightly for ice cream. The only “negative” during our stay was having to space out showers between guests or someone would be getting cold. We all loved the villa and would highly recommend!!
