Great rental right at the beach

You can’t beat they stay at Crescent Royale and this unit. DIRECTLY across Ocean Blvd from Siesta Key Beach. The unit was clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and beds. A short walk or bike ride to Siesta Key Village where there are shops and restaurants.. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is great for after the beach. Very nice lanai for eating dinner or coffee at breakfast.

Not A Great View-Needs Upgrades

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The A/C didn't work when we first arrived, that was fixed within a few hours of reporting it, but probably should have been checked ahead of time. No baking sheets or muffin pans available to bake in the oven. View ok. No one lets you know this, and it is not written on the paperwork, you have to purchase your own paper towels, TP, soap once you go through the "complementary" items. Beach equipment was just ok.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very clean but the condo had no warmth in the decor and needed more comfortable furniture. It was very basic.
