Beautiful Home

This home was great for our family of adult children. We walked and biked to Siesta Key Village and beach. The pool area and deck on the canal were great places to hang out when we weren’t at the beach. The Cottages who handled our rental were great to work with. Overall excellent experience!

More than we had hoped for!

From the moment we entered the front door, until we toured the last room, my family and I were wowed. The house and grounds were very clean and extremely well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed in order to prepare our meals. There were plenty of linens and towels; including beach towels. The bicycles and kayaks were in excellent condition. There was abundant outdoor seating in multiple areas. The pool and spa were among our favorite amenities, as was the pool table. Although, my adult nephews would probably argue that the “bach pad” (in-law suite) was their favorite. The house was a short walk or quick bike ride to the Village and/or beach, so the location was wonderful. The management company was very well run and professional. They were very prompt in responding to our questions and one maintenance issue. To our surprise, they even had someone put the trash bins at the roadside on trash pickup days. We would definitely stay here again!
