2025 spring break

Wonderful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay at this lovely condo. The condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. You couldn't ask for a better location which is directly across the street from Siesta Key Beach. This host was a delight to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Once again our stay was wonderful. The condo is well furnished and offers numerous amenities such as bikes and a garage spot. It's conveniently located just across from the beach. The owner, Phyllis, is excellent to work with.

Very clean and nice condo, great location. Communication with host was easy. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio every morning. The pool area was nice to sit and relax.

We loved staying at this condo. Phyllis, the owner, was very attentive and left us a welcome voicemail on the day of our arrival letting us know how to contact her should we have any issues. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. It is also close to restaurants and the beach. Great area to walk as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this listing!!

Another great stay!

This is our second stay at this condo and again we loved our time there. Besides our unit being clean and very comfortable, its location is terrific for walking to the beach and into town. Also the owners are wonderful folks to work with.

This condo was comfortable and quiet. It was an 8-10 minute walk to Siesta Key Beach and a short trolley ride to Siesta Key Village. It had all the amenities we needed and the owners were very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Vacation Getaway

The townhouse was perfect for our week long stay for our family. Location was perfect as the beach was across the street. The condo was superbly clean, had every amenity you would need and decorated beautifully. Our girls loved being able to ride the trolley which picked up right by the condo to Siesta Village. We definitely will be choosing this townhouse when we visit again.

The best location on the Key!

We absolutely loved staying here. It is clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family. Being directly across from the public beach entrance makes everything so easy. The trolley pick up is at the condo entrance allowing everyone to go shopping and eating in the village withoutthe hassle of parking. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful townhome with perfect location.

We enjoyed two weeks in this beautiful location. The condo was clean, equipped with everything needed, and beautifully decorated. Public beach was across the street within walking distance. We also took advantage of the free trolley which was also a great convenience. The trolley stops right in front of the complex. We would definitely like to rent this home in the future.

Absolutely perfect condo

We just return from our vacation in Siesta Keys and can’t say enough about the condo. You could not ask for a better home away from home. Condo has everything you would ever need, and you can’t beat the location. Trolley into town stops right outside the condo entrance. Décor throughout the unit was beautiful. You can’t go wrong with this condo.

Clean and comfortable

We loved this condo! It was very spacious and clean. Furnishings and decor appeared to have been recently updated. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable too. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and spices. The beach was a short walk across the street. There were also plenty of beach chairs and toys. When we had questions, Phyllis was very responsive. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing Condo!

Stayed for a week in this condo with my family last week. Very clean, roomy and has everything you need to enjoy your stay! My granddaughter loved watching the turtles from the very large deck. She also loved riding the trolly, which we rode every night into the village for ice cream. The trolley stop is right at the entrance of the condo, very convenient. Siesta Key Beach is right across the street so it was an easy walk to get sun or just to watch the sunset! Also, every Sunday they have a drum circle and that was a lot of fun to see. We’ve stayed at many different condos on Siesta Key through the years and this one is by far the best! Phyllis, the owner is very nice and accommodating! We’ll definitely be back!
