Hello. We were in constant contact for 6 weeks prior to your stay and throughout your entire stay...on my cell phone. I was only told of you hearing snoring coming from the next room. Since I couldn't insulate the wall for you that night, I know it was an issue for you. I was already preparing to issue you a refund since we always accommodate our guests and do everything we can to ensure they enjoy their stay or to rectify any issues immediately. But when you texted me after leaving, after enjoying your entire stay, other than the snoring, according to you, and demanded that we give you a full refund on the stay or you would blast us in bad reviews, we decided not to go forward with the refund. Thank you for the feedback. The booking engine you used did not allow us to send you emails or contact you by phone unfortunately. However, you called us when you arrived, and we immediately answered and got you right into your room, early in fact. The Twin Palms office is only a half a block away and we are on property several times a day and also just a phone call away! We did leave a piece of paper with our Hotel header on your bed along with your parking pass when you arrived explaining housekeeping and how to schedule complimentary housekeeping, it also explained that there was a cabinet right outside your door filled with all supplies that you would need for your stay:) There was also a QR Code Menu with even more information including this information on the wall right inside your room. Several phone numbers were displayed in the room and in your email and on that paper to contact us if you needed anything. It is also on your door entering the room. We are a small boutique hotel with only 8 rooms, so no, we do not have a restaurant on site just for those 8 rooms understandably. There are so many really good restaurants within walking distance, however. We are happy to say that our checkout time is 30 minutes later than most hotels in the area! We also offered you parking for the day and a place to store your luggage for the day so we could accommodate you as best as we could, but you did not accept this offer. Again, with only 8 rooms and a full to capacity hotel, housekeeping does have to get started if we are going to maintain the high standards of cleanliness that we strive for here and receive awards for here at The Twin Palms. Enjoy your stay at your next vacation destination!
