This condo is only a 7 minute WALK, half mile to Turtle Beach and minutes ride to Siesta Key Beach and the village. You are walking access to the free Siesta Key trolley to the beaches, village shopping, restaurants and nightlife. No reason to rent a car. But if you choose to, our gated condo has a one car garage and free parking (rare for the key).

Our heated pool is directly on the canal, it's fun to view the passerby's ... either human or marine life. Float your vacation away in relative privacy... The condo is only 7 total units so very private pool - did I say private ;)
Hit Turtle Beach, it's just a 2 minute drive or a 7 minute walk. It's a great beach, less crowded and more convenient than other area beaches. It's closer and easier to access the water from the parking lot and not the spring breaker scene ;)
If all the action is what you're after, you can access all the island has to offer with a short drive, or better yet a trolley ride, to Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village. Soak up the festivities, shopping and nightlife.
The FREE trolley is an easy stroll from the condo and operates daily, year around. It’s a great way to avoid the hassle of finding parking. You can access Siesta Key Beach, Crescent Beach, Captain Curt’s and the marina, and the Siesta Key Village.
Just 40 min away is St Armand’s Circle, downtown Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch’s upscale UTC mall. Even head East for some horseback riding or watch some polo matches at the world class Sarasota Polo Club.
Uber and Lyft extremely accessible as well.

We are a small community and parking is limited to 2 cars per unit. Please note no elevator, MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB 2 SETS OF STAIRS - 12 on outside and 10 up to the living room
