“EXCELLENT LOCATION CLEAN I WOULD COME BACK SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT HESITATION TRY IT YOU'LL LOVE IT...STILL LOOKING FOR THE POOL THOUGH...OVER ALL.......ITS EXCELLENT!!!!”

“Clean, beautiful and comfortable.”

“It was a great, central location and beautiful architecture and style. Definitely worth it for the price, there’s a nice view of the neighborhood and also even the Hollywood sign. There’s parking garages nearby a short walk nearby, but also some street parking if you don’t come back too late.”

“Nice, small, place to stay close to the beach. The accommodations were sufficient for four adults for two nights. The bedrooms are rather tight but they are comfortable. There was an issue with the property being double booked but the property owner was able to take care of it and helped the other folks try to find another place. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area. ”

“Perfect little studio in a great location! Erin was communicative and helpful during my stay. I had no issues finding parking and you can easily walk to shops & 2nd street. Would definitely recommend & stay here again. ”

“Apartment was perfect for what we needed. It was close to everything we had planned to do and satisfied all our needs. It was walking distance to 2nd street and cthe beach. The price was affordable and the communication was excellent. My husband accidentally locked himself out and the owner was quick to respond making sure we were able to get back in when we returned no problem. We appreciated our stay and will plan to stay again when we return.”

“House is clean, well-equipped, 1 block from the beach.Owners Ron and Kathy live next-door and are wonderful hosts and communicators.Any pre-stay questions or concerns were quickly and fully answered. The stay could not have been any better. ”
