“The patio breakfast area was GREAT! The parking was awful, very limited spaces and extremely tight parking spaces. Several cars did not have the dash parking pass that we were required to pay for with our hotel room.”

“Great stay! We made the best of it though we thought we reserved a train car via Expedia. We were told by hotel staff that is a problem with third party like Expedia, Price Line, and others. I recommend calling the property to ensure your reservation. Regardless, our chalet room was wonderful. I love the small details they include. Very cool vibe and we loved the pool. We’re already planning to return and will reserve via the hotel directly next time.”

“The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The guest rooms were uniquely and nicely decorated. Parking was is a negative as it is available in a garage that requires a QR code for access and costs $20 a day.”

“Liked the hotel BUT the only issue, which was very frustrating, was that the key would stop working every day during our 3-night stay. Had to come back downstairs multiple times to get access to the room key again, not just us, but 2 other families we were attending the wedding with had the same issue. If this is seen by hotel management, please address this issue.”

“There was a slow drain in the bathroom told the front desk nobody came to check on it hopefully it will be fixed for the next guest the ice machine had no ice had to go to a different floor for that and the breakfast preparer had a late start had to wait on it luckily breakfast ended at 10. Lastly the suite looked something like the room it appeared much smaller than the listing on the internet”

During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……
