"Clean rooms, onsite check-in was smooth and fast. Staff unable to advise if Sauna and Steam facilities were free or a fee needed to be paid. Evening Buffet had a good selection of local cuisine, unfortunately the breakfast was cold. I had sausage bacon and been and toast, when it was brought to the attention of staff, the provided hot beans in a small bowl, by which time the rest had gone cold. In the end i just had coffee and toast, this was at he start fo the breakfast buffet times (0630)"

"Impressive grand lobby but spacious rooms don't match in quality with a musty smell and lack of modern design. Not 5 star based on stained sheets, cheaper rough bath towels, and inability to reach front desk from room phone or mobile. Breakfast mediocre with some dirty plates/glasses, tables not properly cleaned with disinfectant, and buffet not refreshed regularly. The pool is dirty due to pigeons. Seems like a 3 star experience which doesn't fit the expectations of Hilton. I would stay at Grand Hyatt nearby for the 5 star feel. "

"I want to begin this review by saying i was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and staff. I would be so bold as to say this hotel is the BEST in all of Gurugram, and i say that with confidence because i have stayed at many of the 4 and 5 star hotels here. Special thanks must be given to Sylvester because his professionalism and indepth explanation is what ultimately led to me book my stay at the Taj. I usually do indepth research and when i came across the interview he did, i had a great feeling about my stay. He is just as pleasant and professional as he was on the video.
