「The room reeked of smoke (non-smoking hotel) the door around the handle was black with dirt 2 the floors were dirty, the heating/ac unit smelled like something was burning when we put the heat on - we have stayed there many times but it was so dirty and the smell was awful - will probably not stay there ever again. 」
