“As our grandkids get older we need a bigger space to accommodate everyone. This space was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. The pool was a special treat, clean, warm and large. We only cooked one meal during our stay, and we had to get creative finding appropriate pots and pans to pull it together. We would book this property again in a heartbeat! Thanks. ”

“Nice property! Stunningly well equipped; all the basics are covered in the kitchen and bathrooms, and then way beyond with all sorts of spices such. Lots of extra blankets, comfy beds, etc. Quiet area at the end of a small development that's out on its own. Hot tub is nice as well. ”

“Our stay was nothing short of MAGICAL!! The house, the amenities, the VIEWS! The location was perfect for our stay as it is about 35 minutes to everything we wanted to do…CU Boulder, Chautauqua Park, Arvada festival, Red Rocks (about 45 mins), downtown Golden. I was nervous about the winding mountain road to the house but it wasn’t bad at all and we got to see a lot of wildlife. We had a little nephew stay an afternoon with us and he had fun with the tinker toys, ping pong table, and swing set.……

“This was THE best place! It’s a two story condo with a garage. It was spacious and great for our family. We had two adults and 3 kids (5,3, 7 months)! We used the spacious laundry room for our infant and a pack-n-play we brought, and we had both kids in the bunk bed room, but could have separated them if needed. We cooked a lot and There were plenty of dishes to use (a few more kid-friendly things would have been nice, but we managed). The location into town was very close and walkable. The……
